This complete holistic package integrates all my services in one- a mix of herbs, diet, lifestyle, health coaching, and nutrition recommendations. What this looks like: 45-60 minute initial zoom consultation to really get to know the client and their goals/needs, a personalized 2-4 page PDF protocol, discounted supplements through my online dispensary, and 2 follow up check ins starting 2 weeks after starting protocol (recommended to purchase additional check ins separately afterwards).
