My name is Megan Taylor, and I am honored to join you on your journey toward natural healing and vibrant health. As a Health and Wellness Coach, I guide you in identifying your health goals and ask eye-opening questions that help you align your lifestyle with your life’s vision. I am trained in holistic nutrition and herbalism, giving me the knowledge and tools to support you with natural, evidence-informed strategies.

My personal journey to holistic health began in 2017, when I started awakening to the true healing power of plants, herbs, and lifestyle changes. Using these tools, I’ve personally healed chronic illness, cleared toxicities, transformed my weight, and restored my mental and psychological health—all in a relatively short time. Experiencing this transformation firsthand inspired me to help others achieve the same sense of balance, energy, and confidence.

As a working mother and wife, I understand how challenging it can be to prioritize your health amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life. My approach is practical and approachable: simple tips, actionable strategies, and supportive coaching that can be implemented in your everyday life.

The essence of my work is to facilitate self-growth and alignment in mind, body, and spirit, helping you overcome challenges with confidence so you can embrace your healthiest, happiest self. Through my 3-Session Health Coaching & Alignment Bundle, we work together to create clarity, actionable steps, and lasting transformation—empowering you to feel aligned, balanced, and supported every step of the way.
