My journey to holistic health started long before I became a coach.
For years, I lived in an environment that left me feeling powerless, unworthy, and disconnected from myself. I carried unresolved emotions that manifested as weight gain, skin issues, exhaustion, depression, and chronic stress. Even though I had been studying holistic wellness since 2017, it was nearly impossible to put it into practice while living in such a toxic space. My body simply didn’t feel safe enough to heal.
Everything began to change when I decided to take small steps for myself. I started showing up for myself by going to the gym a few times a week. By honoring promises to myself, and slowly building strength—physically at first, it then trickled down to mental and emotional strength. Over time, I gained the courage to leave the toxic environment and create a life of freedom and safety for myself and my child.
Once I stepped into safety, my body began to respond.
Through therapy, meditation, journaling, yoga, trust, nourishing foods, and a deeper connection with God, I:
Healed years of trauma
Released 80 pounds
Restored my energy and vitality
Rediscovered alignment in mind, body, and spirit
Found my purpose and happiness
This journey transformed not just my physical health but my mental and spiritual health as well.
